Midwifing Your Life is a heart-centred coaching circle, and self-development approach, that helps you navigate life’s transitions, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate self-compassion and confidence.

The term “midwifing” is used metaphorically as it's about guiding, supporting, and holding space for the birth or unfolding of your own life, growth, and potential, much like a midwife supports the birth of a child.

Through practices, reflection, and gentle guidance, this circle will help you:

MIDWIFING YOUR LIFE offers 8 Heart Alchemising modules, with 10 Heart Warming topics in each. As you journey midwifing with each topic, a heart connection practice is offered with the intention to reset, release, reconnect and realign your system with your unique story of your life connected to your hearts nature.

Heart Healing: We look at your cellular stories when born, what arises from your past, your ancestors, your subconscious, and explore different types of healing, types of coping, and different responses when faced with hurts, fear and stress. We merge with alternatives of how to show up in life with your inherited patterns as we dive in to understanding the stories alive in you today. 

Heart Energy: See your life through the lens of your energy. We explore energy health and alignment through mapping your human story merged with the stars. Connect to your flow with the warmth of inner meaning to your embodied self embraced with the wisdom of the Earth around you. Fill up as a whole being and become an energetic force no one can resist!

Heart Dreaming: Lean into meanings of body symbols through access and connection to your inner and outer guides and wisdom as your awaken to ‘consciousness is everywhere.’
